Typically, only processes with structured data can be completed by automation solutions. This limits the number of processes that you can automate. However, our DigiStaff are able to take both structured and unstructured data and process it on your behalf. Our DigiStaff use a combination of Intelligent Automation solutions to enable them to process tasks from end to end. They can interact with a resident through its conversational function, read forms and documents received into the council and process all types of data into your back office systems. Our DigiStaff are completely system agnostic and as such can work right across your organisation.

Absolutely, and whilst APIs have their place, they are limited in what they can do. An API can generally only perform one task and if there is no work for it to undertake it sits idle for most of the day. Whereas one of our DigiStaff can perform any number of tasks and functions and can be utilised consistently throughout the day. A digital worker could be undertaking work in your Revenues section in a morning, your Housing Team in the afternoon and in Licensing on an evening. It’s use is far greater than an API. And they are significantly cheaper.

All DigiStaff are pre-trained and are in un-limited supply at very short notice. They are a great alternative to recruiting Staff, Agency, and using Outsourced Off-Site Services. They are quick, accurate, can work 24/7/365 if required, and are the cheapest processing resource available. They demand none of your management time unlike the alternatives. DigiStaff are increasingly being seen as part of the staffing structure to give management more options throughout the year.
