Originally with a background in Revenues & Benefits with a Local Authority, Iain built his experience in Customer Services, Housing Repairs & Voids, Parking Services and Outsourced Deals and later as a senior manager with Northgate Kendric Ash (later Northgate Transformation Services) and Civica UK.
He has also led large teams and services as Senior Operations Manager for Northgate Public Services in their Business Services division.
Andy Heys
He has built his expertise in Shared Services, ICT and Customer Services and for the past 15 years has specialised in local government transformation. Working with several UK local authorities, including Hammersmith & Fulham, Lancashire County Council and Cheshire West and Chester.
